There are currently openings in the following positions:

	Sales
	Immediate need for a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED senior-level sales executive with a long, referencable base of contacts and accounts in the IP-centric billing field. Prior success and accomplishments as a senior-level sales professional within and enterprise software solution provider with aggressive hands on style and high energy is expected. Will be responsible for generating own leads and sales from new and existing accounts. Experience handling a quota of at least $2M is necessary to be considered. Experience with complex, enterprise-level billing software a HUGE plus. The successful candidate is expected to receive a rich compensation package, to as well as an employee benefits package including, stock options, comprehensive medical/dental benefits, flex-spending and 401K. Ideal candidate works in Honolulu or Los Angeles office, but for the right candidate, ability to work from remote locations, with periodic travel to Hawaii (for training and meetings), may apply. REQUIREMENTS: Individual must have at least 10+ years of sales experience -- preferably in enterprise software sales environment with complex technical deals. Individual must be an excellent personnel (internal and contract) and project manager. Only candidates with solid Enterprise level software experience should apply.
	Professional Services Consulants
	Inovaware's Professional Services Group serves as the communication bridge between Inovaware and the end customer.  Professional Services Consultants are responsible for successfully managing all aspects of software implementation projects, including performing technical work, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, project planning, and customer support.  Individuals must be self-starters, able to work on their own to ensure an excellent customer experience.  The successful candidate will have technical experience or the ability to develop technical expertise in the following areas: Transact-SQL, PL/SQL, Microsoft Access, SQL Server database, Oracle database, Networking and network security, HTML, Microsoft Internet Information Server, Crystal Reports, and other reporting applications. General knowledge of Windows, Windows Applications, Software Development terminology, and billing software terminology is also helpful.  Project management skills including Requirements Gathering and Documentation, Project Plan development, Scope Management, and Resource Management are also highly desirable.  Consultants may be required to travel up to 75% of the year, depending on need.  Availability for travel is a must.
	Software Development
	We are currently seeking candidates to join Inovaware's software development team, to improve and expand our product line using the latest development and Internet technologies using both Microsoft and Java-based tools.  Successful candidates will help architect and build a cutting-edge system targeted at an exciting new market.  REQUIREMENTS: Individuals must have extensive and proven software design and development experience with C#, ASP.Net, Java, Visual Basic, Oracle, and SQL Server.  Must have experience with either high-availability, high-volume OSS/BSS systems or scalable web-based commercial applications.  Good presentation and proposal-writing skills needed.  Experience with service providers, Internet industries, and wireless technologies a plus.  B.S in Computer Science or equivalent, 7+ years of recent and advanced industry experience, including 2+ years database design and development experience with excellent communication skills and 3+ years advanced software development tools.
