Before calling or e-mailing Inovaware for technical support, we ask that you first note your Customer ID number.  To find it, launch ISPPower or PRISM, and go to the Main Menu.  Once there, go to Help...About PRISM Menu or Help...About ISPPower Menu (depending on which product you have):

 
 

You will be presented with a screen that looks something like the following:

 
 

Your company name and Customer ID number will appear in the box as shown above.  Note the Customer ID number and be prepared to present it to your Inovaware technical support representative.
