Companies integrate Sphera HostingDirector™ and Inovaware's PRISM™ products to streamline end-to-end service automation with billing

Orlando, Florida - ISP/ASPCON Spring 2000- May 23, 2000  Sphera Corporation, a pioneer in service automation for the web hosting industry, today announced an alliance with Inovaware Corporation, a leading supplier of next-generation billing and customer management software for providers of Internet and IP-based services. This premium partnership enables ASPs, ISPs and web hosting providers to combine the strength and flexibility of Sphera's service management platform with comprehensive billing and customer care software from Inovaware.
