Web hosting and Internet connectivity services company
Irides LLC has implemented its Synchronized Business
Infrastructure (SBI) platform. Irides will be
using Inovaware's PRISM billing and customer
management software as well its Resolve helpdesk.
Irides operates several web hosting brands including
SoloServer, World Data Network and PennyHost. The
companies offer a wide range of Internet and data
services such as managed services, virtual and dedicated
hosting, security, and connectivity from dial-up to
T3. A single implementation of PRISM and Resolve will
manage all companies.
With an expanding service portfolio and customer
base, Irides' legacy billing application was unable
to cope with new service provisioning, more elaborate
usage-based rating and demanding scalability requirements.
The ability to manage relationships with partners
has become critical across the hosting, digital content
and ASP industries. PRISM allows service providers
to greatly simplify pricing, billing and settlement
processes amongst multiple partners. Irides will be
able to automate reseller management, and offer them
discount-driven programs incentives to encourage higher
sales volumes.
