Honolulu, HI - February 15, 2002 — Inovaware Corporation, a supplier of billing and customer care software to the next-generation Internet services and communication industry, today announced that Pacific LightNet has selected its PRISM™ platform for its Internet, data and hosting services. Pacific LightNet is an integrated communications provider (ICP) offering integrated, local, long distance, data, and Internet services to businesses and consumers.

PRISM will enable Pacific LightNet to automate the entire customer relationship management process, including customer sign up, service turn up, monthly billing, customer care, and trouble resolution. The new system will provide Pacific LightNet customers with 24-hour customer self-service, including secured online access to account information, such as billing status, Internet usage, account history, etc. Customers also will have the ability to automatically update account information such as form of payment and change of address.
