Tokyo, JAPAN - May 14, 2002 — Inovaware Corporation, a leading provider of billing and customer management software for the next-generation Internet services and telecommunication industry, today announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Open Technologies Corporation (OTC) of Japan. OTC is a trusted software distributor for such industry leaders as Openwave Systems and StoneSoft.

Under the terms of the agreement, OTC will provide marketing, sales and implementation services for the PRISM™ and Resolve™ software solutions in Japan. PRISM and Resolve are part of Inovaware’s Synchronized Business Infrastructure™ (SBI), a comprehensive business platform designed to profitably launch services, efficiently manage customers, and rapidly collect revenue.
