Former CEO Bruce Kim to Focus on Future Technologies as New CTO

Honolulu, HI - April 3, 2000 - As the company embarks on a global expansion, Bruce Kim - CEO and founder of Inovaware Corporation - announced today that he officiallly took over the company's CTO position. He appointed COO Marc Rapoza as new CEO.

Kim is returing to what he loves most - focusing of  future technologies. "The opportunities for Inovaware are incredible, and Marc's promotion will allow me to focus on building great software and strategizing on the technologies of the future,"  stated Kim. "As my business partner, Marc has been instrumental in managing the company's explosive growth. Rapoza has been with Inovaware since its inception. He holds both a Bachelors degree in MIS and a Masters in Business Administration.
