Honolulu, HI - November 21, 2000-As part of
its aggressive foreign expansion plans, Inovaware
Corp., a leading provider of billing and customer
management infrastructure for Internet service businesses,
has signed a distribution agreement with New C&C,
a South Korean hardware and software integration firm.
New C&C will distribute Inovaware's award-winning
PRISM and Resolve solutions to customers
in the South Korean marketplace. Together, these products
represent the only framework encompassing sophisticated
IP rating and billing, provisioning, full customer
lifecycle management, as well as marketing automation
and extensive trouble ticket management.
Under the terms of the agreement, New C&C will be
responsible for marketing Inovaware products, developing
a sales infrastructure, systems integration, as well
as delivering training and technical support.
Inovaware chose New C&C because of the firm's exceptional
market knowledge of Internet networking solutions,
prevalent South Korean market penetration and consultative
skills.

According to a study done by the South Korean Ministry
of Commerce, Industry and Energy, the South Korean
B2B eCommerce market is projected to reach $1.3 billion
(in U.S. dollars) by the year 2002 and more than $4.4
billion (in U.S. dollars) by 2004.
