Under the terms of the agreement, Symbio will provide sales and implementation services for Inovaware's PRISM™ and Resolve™ products in Taiwan. PRISM is a sophisticated billing and customer care framework that combines real-time usage-based rating capabilities with powerful customer management and marketing campaign management functionalities. Resolve is a help desk and knowledge base that integrates tightly with PRISM.
