Honolulu, HI - February 8, 2001- Inovaware,
a leading supplier of billing and customer lifecycle
management software, announced that it signed an agreement
with Symbio Systems, Inc., a global provider of systems
integration, applications development and technical
consulting.
Under the terms of the agreement, Symbio will provide
sales and implementation services for Inovaware's
PRISM™ and Resolve™ products in Taiwan. PRISM is a
sophisticated billing and customer care framework
that combines real-time usage-based rating capabilities
with powerful customer management and marketing campaign
management functionalities. Resolve is a help desk
and knowledge base that integrates tightly with PRISM.
