Honolulu, HI May 22, 2001 – Inovaware, a leading supplier of billing and customer care software to broadband connectivity providers and other next-generation Internet service and communication companies, today announced that ADIFast, an innovative provider of broadband wireless Internet access, has implemented its PRISM™ and Resolve™ solutions.

ADIFast delivers high-speed, wireless Internet access to residents of multiple dwelling units. The company has already launched its services in several cities including New York, Philadelphia and Atlanta, as part of its nationwide growth strategy. ADIFast was looking for a scalable billing system that would support their rapid growth and allow for the introduction of future value-added services.

PRISM is a billing and customer care system and Resolve is a help desk that integrates tightly with PRISM. Together, two products form Inovawareís unique Synchronized Business Infrastructure™, a framework that integrates complementary customer-centric business processes. The solution will automate customer lifecycle management, from initial online registration and service activation, to recurring billing, customer service, trouble ticket management, and post-transaction reporting.

By automating complex processes and enabling customer-driven tasks such as billing changes and service upgrades, ADIFast will reduce operational expenses and improve customer satisfaction. PRISM's flexible rating architecture and simplified service configuration application will promote business agility as ADIFast continues to develop its market and grows its service portfolio.

The solution will also play a crucial role in minimizing revenue leakage. PRISM manages the entire revenue realization process using predefined actions chosen by ADIFast. The solution generates tasks in response to abnormalities during the collection period such as invalid credit card numbers or email addresses.

"ADIFast allows residential customers in metropolitan areas to rapidly enjoy the broadband experience free of the hassles usually associated with DSL and cable," said Inovaware CEO Marc Rapoza. "We are excited to assist ADIFast manage their revenue and customer base as they redefine broadband Internet access in cities across America."

"PRISM and Resolve will allow us to focus on rapidly deploying and supporting our award-winning service," said Julian Triscott, Manager of Information Systems at ADIFast. "The integrated solution will play a crucial role as we penetrate new markets, and introduce new services without limitations dictated by inflexible billing and customer care infrastructure."
