These enhancements buttress Inovaware's Synchronized Business

New features such as purchase order capabilities and volume quantities of service support will help service providers efficiently market their services to business customers. These two features address two critical concerns faced by B2B service providers: ease of service ordering and payment flexibility. With PRISM 6.3, service providers enable their business clients to enter quantity amounts when ordering services, simplifying the process of service registration for multiple users within one enterprise. Purchase order support enables service providers to offer another payment option to business customers, without increased risk of revenue leakage.

PRISM's new campaign manager will allow service providers to leverage the information in their existing billing database. Based on unlimited criteria including customer demographics and service-level data, campaigns can be established for marketing and customer retention purposes.
