LEADING BUSINESS ISP ONYX INTERNET SELECT INOVAWARE'S BILLING AND CUSTOMER CARE SOLUTIONS

HONOLULU, HAWAII, September 6, 2004 – Inovaware Corporation, a supplier of billing and customer care software to the next-generation Internet services and communication industry, today announced that Onyx Internet has deployed its Synchronized Business Infrastructure (SBI) platform. Onyx will be using the PRISM billing and customer management software as well the Resolve helpdesk.

With this deal, Inovaware continues to promote and strengthen its presence in the dynamic European Internet market . Onyx Internet is one of UK's leading Internet Service Providers (ISP) for business. Inovaware's SBI infrastructure is replacing Onyx's homegrown legacy billing system. Of particular interest to Onyx were the system's flexible pricing engine, and integrated framework to support the entire customer life cycle. In addition, open APIs will allow tight integration into Onyx's financial platforms and other legacy applications.
