Service Support:

VOIP-Pro supports all of the new VOIP services, such as: Voice over Broadband, IP-PBX and IP Centrex. In addition to web self-service, customer care, billing, service activation and provisioning, VOIP-Pro manages trouble tickets using Inovaware’s fully integrated and market-tested Resolve trouble ticketing software solution. VOIP-Pro is already capable of supporting a wide range of current and new applications, such as WiMax, WIFI and other broadband wireless billing.

VOIP-Pro can integrate with a wide range of OSS systems through OSS for Java API’s or through proprietary or standardized XML interfaces.  To ensure maximum compatibility, VOIP-Pro’s provisioning and service activation engine can run on any platform that supports the Java programming language.  The Asterisk softswitch, which is included as part of our solution, runs on Linux.
